To replace my loofah, I bought a silicone body scrubber! They don’t lather as well as a normal loofah, but much easier to keep clean and last a lot longer!
For the loofah, try to replace it with either a silicone body brush or an exfoliating African net sponge (I’ve been using them for like 3 years, it’s awesome)

the therabreath mouth wash IS THAT amazing and mild mint is my absolute favorite bc i cannotttt stand the harshness of regular mouth wash even if it’s alcohol free. pls lmk what you think of it 😂
girl be careful with the high end shampoos. They made my hair way worse. Theres a bunch of tiktok videos of girls saying that going back to pantene and drugstore shampoo was the best thing they did for their hair. I understand that different hair responds to different things, but so many people are talking about how drugstore shampoo reversed the damage from their high end shampoo.
I just found out the drugstore brand Kristen Ess I’ve been using for years isn’t good 🥲 but this one Odele (still drugstore) has very clean ingredients, I’ve been really like it so far! I think both high end and drugstore have some great products and also not so great products. I highly recommend the Yuka app it shows you the ingredients and any harmful chemicals in different products!
