Please don't cut your hair. There are so many other alternatives you can wear during this season, to see if a short look is right for you. I did the same thing,after a short season ,I went into overdrive trying to grow it back long. Just saying.

I’m only half way through the video but it’s crazy you’ve been looking into what I’ve been looking into! I’ve been doing a deep dive into parasites lately(Americans don’t do annual cleanses like in other countries). I’ve heard stories about both sides of the coin, carnivore for health and also vegan and it’s so interesting! Parasites feed on sugar! I’ve always felt low carb was best but I hear so many stories about vegans/vegetarians healing their body too now I’m starting to think high carb, low fat works and low fat/high carb works(depending on your body). But what I know doesn’t work is HIGH FAT/ HIGH CARB which is the standard American diet. They make red meat seem like the issue when it’s the high carbohydrates with the red meat. That’s why I see so many good results where people leave high carb high fat(aka burger and bun, Fries fried in SEED OILS with a milkshake).
What are you doing for your parasite cleanse? I wanted to do one but I’m breastfeeding so i have to wait. I saw a shop on Etsy who had a good cleanse with all the good stuff I.e wormwood, clove, black walnut! I may try vegetarian for a season as I mainly eat animal based now. Ultimately I’d like to do in season eating after I heal my metabolic system, Lord willing! I know Michael had cancer, I’d love an update on how he’s doing and what is his eating like now!
Yes! I wish more people knew about parasites. Back in 2013 when I came back from living in Korea, I had to adjust back to the S.A.D. American diet and my body just couldn't adjust. I had to stop eating meat, dairy, everything due to bad stomach pain and side effects. So I went raw vegan, the elimination diet, used Humaworm.com for parasite removal, then went vegan for years until I got pregnant and went back to meat and dairy. I'll see if Michael and I can do a video on what we eat but right now I plan to just juice for 30-60 days then transition to the protocol I did with the naturopath doctor back in 2018 to heal my gut then see what happens from there. I'll share more in a video tho! Take a look at gillianberry CZcams channel. She has a lot of people on vegan/plant based diets who healed diseases, etc. Just a warning, some of the videos are very new agey so just fyi
