Stevie deserves lots of love. A great guitarist in his own right but doing a phenomenal job carrying on the legacy of the worlds greatest rhythm guitarist in Mal
Stevie, we (the hard core fans) cannot thank you for filling in the biggest shoes in rock history, that has got to take some balls, it's stressful but I also pray for you guys and the family over Malcolm every night, I only been to AC/DC one time but I knew Malcolm was there in spirit and in the fans hearts, he wouldn't want AC/DC to die with him, so I think he's very proud of you for what you do for his little brother Angus, it's gotta be nerve racking but I must say my good sir you have pretty big balls doing what you do for Malcolm, Angus and the band and fans! Keep on rockin!
@@YourFellowRNRSisterFan98 Great words for Stevie. Did you know he stepped in for Mal back in 88’ I believe it was. Mal got help for his drinking, thank god for that, Stevie did a great job. The only person to take Mals place.

POWER UP is fucking awesome and a truly heartfelt tribute to the unsung hero of AC/DC MALCOLM YOUNG...God Bless Stevie for keeping Mal's legacy alive
After watching interviews with all of the Youngs, Cliff, Bon, and Phil, Iv come to see how humble and cool they all are. I never hear of them causing shit on or off tour, acting like asses. Their folks raised them well.
Oh, there was a time Peter C. Cavanaugh booked them into Michigan, long ago. The story is told in his book 'Local DJ.' They were booked in Royal Oak Michigan, broke some curfew or noise ordinance and the local constabulary rushed the stage. The band gave them an appropriate Aussie welcome. Good story, check it out, you can thank me later.
Stevie Young is a brilliant rhythm guitarist in his own right - and like Brian to Bon, he is the only person who could have filled in the shoes of the greatest of all time. Love your work, Stevie!
People forget that the Young family were originally born in Scotland, Malcolm and Angus had a really strong Aussie accent over the years but Stevie still has Scottish roots sounding out there. Awesome to hear :)
Thank you for you filling in for your uncle Malcolm and helping out one of the best bands of all time. You are a truly talented soul and are very driven.
I saw them with Stevie during that tour. Great show. The cannons they used on that tour were huge turrets that swung out from either side of the stage, when they went off it thudded you right in the chest.
saw Stevie on the rock or bust tour, man he was unbelievable,so much power and energy in his playing, sweating and swaying, malcon could not of been prouder, Stevie was busting his ass for the fans....amazing
Stevie your an amazing guitarist to be able and get out there live and help the Young legacy keep going thank you Stevie I miss Malcolm also as a guitarist myself.
Best Rhythm, band ever I can't imagine how special Malcolm, and as Angus growing up with an older brother who bought and paid for a young Angus his first amp wow RIP Malcom
Got to know Stevie a little when his band Starfighters shared the Black Sabbath rehearsal room at Bishampton with my band QUÀSAR - also when I was building the AC/DC Backline cages for the Back in Black tour. The Lead guitarist Pat used my 100W Marshall Head on the tour. Stevie sounded like Malcolm back then!

I remember when he filled in for Malcolm in 1988, I believe. I had 2nd row center seats @ Long Beach arena for that show. He looked, played, moved exactly like Malcolm. He's a cool cat.
It does seem like he moves exactly like Malcom, but Malcom banged his right leg in time and Stevie bangs his left leg. He's older now so doesn't do it as much but it was much more noticeable back in 88.
