  • This is the best way to dry your sauna suit before next use. So many times I have came back to my suit and put in on and it was still wet on the inside. Here is a way to guarantee it will be dry for next use.

Thanks a lot for this helpful video. I purchased my first ever sauna suit about a year ago and I followed your instructions at that time and discovered that your advice was very helpful. I do this routine every time I take off my sauna suit after exercise, thanks again.

putting on a wet sauna suit is very uncomfortable. but it "wakes" you up very fast, since it's usually cold, until that body heat warms it up.

chris jenkins I did that once and I almost gagged. It felt gross then I realized the sweat was being held in and to release it I could just flip it inside out.

Instead of keeping all your sweat drying and having bad smell, How about to take it to the shower, put it inside out and water it to clean the sweat. Then shake it to get rid off the water excess and then hang it to dry.

Do you find that the suit starts to smell after time even tho it gets dried out? I don't mind the smell but it could offend others

Sweating Fitness you know what I got two things going for me. I can’t really smell, and this a gym at my work that no one really uses. So that smell doesn’t both anyone.

@@theultimateguidetomanlines2322the gym I use is open 24/7 and I usually go around 2am so no one is ever there. I like to run and row and do burpees and skipping and then boxing on the bag. I always wear at least one sauna suit with compression kit under the sauna suit. I guess the smell is strong as I can smell it and my boxing gloves actually stink but that smell is the smell of hard work!

Rein Reaper this suit was a cheap one from five below. Probably could not wash it. The thing actually ripped after about a month. I’m pretty sure higher quality ones use heavier materials and can be washed.
