@@believeinmatter yeah I work for a Toyota dealership and some of the trade in cars are 10times worse than this, some people have NO SHAME and trade in their cars still FULL of fast food rubbish, empty drinks etc, heck I've seen a $150k (Aus) 300 series LandCruiser come back for it's first 10k service nearly as bad as this (dog hair EVERYWHERE) and wanted a free full detail back to like new instead just the complimentary wash and vacuum. The dealership did it, but told the customer not to expect the same level of detailing next service for free.
😂 I once had a customer come in with a car that smelled like a trash can LITERALLY. It was full of junk and had a cockroach infestation. Another car came in with at least 2 weeks of dirty diapers on the floor. That car is nothing in comparison

I did a couple of these like this in Boston… The shit was horrible it was roaches under the carpet and the padding plus they were in cabin air filter and the fan blower. That was a transformation car it took me a whole day from 5am -5pm 😂😂
Nah, they aint. Honestly not sure what everyone is making a huge fuss about. It simply looks like a work truck. The only issue i see is someone bought a nice truck to use as a work truck that would have the interior get covered in dust, dirt, and crap.

His excuse was “oh I wanted to dry them” and I remember asking him why now all of a sudden you needed to dry your gloves. Because you never did that when the van was a dusty mess???? His response was something really stupid and a lie because I don’t remember what he even said. The guy was like 20 years older than me at the time and didn’t have a drivers license and lived at home with his dad.
There's something extremely satisfying about detailing a really dirty and abused interior. I wish cellphone cameras were around when I was detailing. The transformations were very satisfying
This car passed through a flood, that's why is in this situation. It's common here in Brazil, due to our terrain shape, the lower areas always gets flooded after heavy rain and depending on the costs of such repair some cars get considered "total lost" due their maintenance price. There's also the matter of recovering the fuse box from the dust, the interiors of the dash panel air ducts and engine machining due the entrance of water inside the cililnders.
As someone who worked as a car detailer, this is 1/5 of cars come in as. The worst car I had to clean ever was a van with like 6 inches of dog hair on every suffice. And it was carpeted
I find it difficult to keep my mouth shut when people say “I could do that…” because I’m always so tempted to say, yeah you could but you haven’t the knowledge, experience or will to have done it already otherwise we wouldn’t have this conversation and the car wouldn’t look like shit.

The first car I ever detailed looked a lot like this. It was for my friend who was a construction worker. Dude had 2 pounds of mud under his floor mats, dead wasp, and a bunch of unholy things. We also didn’t have a lot of the equipment that we got now. It took us 9 hours to detail his interior cause we tried getting a bunch of stains out and getting rid of deep dirt lmao. Like I said it was our first car. Thankfully we have never taken that long on an interior detail after that. Having good equipment has made everything so much better lol
Calling this the "worst biohazard detail ever" is basically admitting that he's never done a true biohazard detail with, you know, actual biohazards. Besides, I see normal everyday people trashing their cars out far worse than this.
I did one time (I do auto body, not detailing but we clean the interiors as a courtesy) blowing all the junk out of the back seats and a dog turd (really hope it was from a dog) rolls out from under the seats. I stopped right then and their and told my boss I was done 😂
Man for some reason this video made me think back oh about 10 or 12 years ago. When I did commercial and residential irrigation repair. As you can imagine my repair van would get EXTREMELY dirty with the mud and whatever. Well I had just finished cleaning this van so me and my helper had a clean area to sit in. And I swear to god this guy was all wrapped around the axel about something he couldn’t do correctly. And he gets in the van all huffing and puffing and takes his muddy gloves and slaps them on the clean dash. At that moment I realized just how incredibly inconsiderate people can be. I also realized just how ignorant the owners of said company were. So after this guy went and slapped his nasty muddy gloves on the dash I didn’t say a thing. I figured the owner would see the muddy mess right in front of this guys seat and ask about it. But to my amazement that’s not what happened at all. The owner did in fact see this muddy mess all over the dash on his side of the truck. And I swear the owner asked me wow this is how you treat my vehicle. I was speechless I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. I can’t remember exactly what ended up happening I think the helper told the owner my boss he does that to dry his wet gloves. And nothing ever came of any of it but this video really made that memory pop up in my mind.

Bought a hand held steamer, portable deep cleaner and other small detailing tools and cleaner. Car came out brand spanking new! Month later someone spun out on the highway and onto me. Lol
