Fully vaccinated: Can travel without RT-PCR Negative Report. However, there must be a gap of atleast 14 days between 2nd vaccination dose and date of entry at the destination
Partially vaccinated: Can travel with Partial Vaccinated Certificate + RT-PCR Negative Report of test done under 72 hrs. of travel to the destination
Not vaccinated: Can travel with RT-PCR Negative Report of test done under 72 hrs. of travel to the destination + Mandatory Rapid Antigen Test [RAT] happening on the State Borders and Goa Airport.
