@@michaelholder98 I was telling family friends and friends of my own that day how easy it would have been for them to get a radio with the local TAC channels on it or get one programmed in about a hour. There is no reason communication should have been a issue. Even just having a person embedded with either side IF NEED be which in the end was not needed. There was no logical reason a department or agency couldn't have gotten into local TAC Channels.
You dont even need to sync them they could have just used a portablre radio from the locals or just have a local in your command post.
