Does anyone feel safer with all these cities "defunding " their police departments ? This is going to slow down or maybe even stop some EMS calls because they are going to feel to unsafe to respond without the police there as well , this country is going to hell .

I hope cops come to the aid of anyone who needs them, whether it's someone who does not like the police, a kkk member, a communist, a whatever. I know what your comment is just an emotional sentiment, but if it became reality it would be oppression of free speech on an epic scale.
Excellent video John!! I am alarmed with the news that at July 3, a total of 503 cops filed for retirement, according to NYPD statement. Forty NYPD officers who had less than 20 years on the force - the baseline for a full pension - also resigned this year. No wonder with the activism harrassment on NYPD. Plus, 1 billion cut in funding. 43 years ago in war years happened the famous blackout in 1977. Imagine if that happens again...

I don’t know about in NY but where I’m from if you’re being passed by an emergency vehicle with lights and sirens you must pull over and stop. I could never live in NY too many people and most of them are @&$&$&#*. But at any rate. Keep up the great videos.

As the above comment stated, and the NYPD often patrols in packs or groups of units. Not uncommon to see 4-5 units rolling around together.
