@@vishvajitviswanathan7970 if you have a gold ETF worth equivalent of 1kg of physical gold or multiples of 1KG then there is a process to ask for a physical delivery which you can search online. If you have less than 1kg worth of fund in ETF then you have sell in stock market and buy physical gold your self.

But the scheme is not favourable for the customer.
They are not giving full discounts on wastage. If gold is accumulated as weight, customers still have to pay 50% of the wastage.
Kalyan jewellers give full discount on wastege.
