Awesome. I’m working on a 46 that was a Forest Service truck in WA. Looks like they tried to play bumper cars with some trees up there! Lots of body work. Learning a lot. Mostly what not to do! First build.
Unfortunately, I did not run enough video on the disassembly part of the project, my fault. The windshield frame on this truck is too rusted to be repaired and reused. It will be cheaper to pick one up from the suppliers. There are so many options on the windshield I haven't decided which way it's going yet. I'm leaning towards a one piece, inserted, but it's still a ways off.
41 or 46, there about the same it still a Beautiful OLD TRUCK ! 👍✌
Yes, it is. Looking better every day inside the shop

You can watch me do it wrong a few times first, for sure.
@@ELDESTBuilds I plan on it.
Have you made or will you make a video about the windshield frame?

Front clip looks to be in great condition. The motor might be a 283
Thanks
What's the difference between a 41 and a 46? I'm building a what is titled as a 41 and it looks just like this one.
The 41 to 46 are pretty much the same. Trim differences mostly, paint vs chome.
@@ELDESTBuilds that is what I thought. I can't tell the difference except for the chrome thing.
This truck is a 1946 1/2 ton.
Thanks
