0:03 Indicator, 0:09 the high and low beam headlights. 0:25 Windscreen wiper and washer. 0:31 Hazard lights 0:38 Handbrakes 0:43 windscreen demisters and 0:46 the horn. All for the pre drive checklist.

Basically the instructor is showing the following: 0:03 Indicator, 0:09 the high and low beam headlights. 0:25 Windscreen wiper and washer. 0:31 Hazard lights 0:38 Handbrakes 0:43 windscreen demisters and 0:46 the horn. All for the pre drive checklist.
