trevor noah is a such a sellout - he only made money making fun of trump. his ratings dropped when it was enron election and his sex abuse allegations was hidden like clintons monica
Some people were offended by him thanking black women (which is weird) but if anyone has read his memoir or listened to him, he’s always shown gratitude towards the black women of his family and worldwide. Nonetheless, I’m definitely going to miss him and cannot wait to see what he accomplishes next

Trevor didn't lie! My single mom raised me and my 2 brothers and myself! I did get to graduate from College and receive a 2nd degree in Nursing before she passed at 48yo. I gave her my honors rope because she never got to graduate from high school, but boy was she smart! Due to her example, after my divorce I raised my 2 sons and they've turned out great!

Hell, often when there's an election in the US, the stats show it's black women who keep Republicans out of office. That alone makes me grateful.

I love how he comes up with different material for his stand up shows and tries to tailor it around the city that he's going to be performing in. The jokes hit way harder when the entire audience can relate to what you're saying as opposed to just a subsection. Man, I'm going to miss him on The Daily Show. I wonder why he chose not to have a say in who the next permanent host will be, like what Jon Stewart did following his departure. Cause he did a damn good job with recruiting the comedians that worked alongside him on the show.
Yes. I saw him live on his stand-up before Covid, and like you said, he learns enough about the city he's in to tailor some of his jokes to that city. Brilliant.

Found TDS during lockdown in Ireland.Watched Trevor in his natty hoodie,his hair growing more and more Fro and looked forward to watching him,like meeting up with a friend in the evening to find out what was going on out there.Grateful for the introduction to Ronnie Cheng,Jordan Klepper etc al.I'll miss,really miss,Trevor's wit,intelligent reports and fun.Farewell,then,and thanks for everything.x

All black men young and old rich and poor ….take note….we need more of us to show more of him. ..let’s change our perception of who we are and what we can become across the planet by changing are reality …And people said the daily show would not survive after John Stewart….right! Honestly I didn’t watch much of the daily show over the years you have been there but what I can say is Jesus we need more black intellectual minds and critical thinkers like Mr Noah. So many of our issues in America and around the globe can be solve if we had our collective act together.

Trevor is an inspiration. One of the most brilliant comedians of our times who excellently defied the [stereotypical] odds to effectively rise to the occasion in the highly talented United States. I must admit that he took me through Covid. I look up to him.
His start at Comedy Central reminds me of my own start as a theatrical performer in June 2003. On our first show of Robert Bolt's 'A Man for All Seasons' at the National Cultural Center in Kampala-Uganda 🇺🇬🇺🇬🇺🇬 we had only five people in the audience!!! Over the years, we have gone on to have overflows.
I'm a teacher of Literature and English language, I can affirm that watching Trevor makes my lessons humorous.

Before covid, I found out early in the year 2019 that he was going to perform in a nearby city in September 2019. I knew I was most definitely going to see him. Then, I got hired to work a 2nd job in July 2019. I was so upset I couldn’t see him since my part time job was during the weekend. I pray I get another opportunity.

After my covid-19 vaccination, I lost my hearing on my left ear. When a part of our bodies are not working as supposed, our bodies have a way to signal to us that something is not okay. For me, I have loud tinnitus (ringing sound in the ear). Makes me not sleep at all. Trevor Noah made every night short and always happy. How will my nights be now? I am thankful for how he turned my nights.
