When I cook cassava leaves it takes hours to get done 😢😢. Please help
It usually take longs to cook. But blending it helps reduce the cooking time. I also pressure cook it for about an hour sometimes and then cook it on the stove.
You can add a pinch of baking soda to your greens. It soften it in mins. I also add it to my collard greens. They cook and soften in mins.
Looks like hair on rice
