  • President XI Jinping says China will never forget the NATO bombing of a Chinese embassy in Belgrade and will never allow such a tragedy to happen again. This week, XI visited Serbia, one of his closest European allies, as part of his European tour. His arrival in Belgrade coincides with the 25th anniversary of the bombing. which took place during NATO's intervention in the former Yugoslavia and led to the fall of Slobodan Milosevic's brutal regime. The visit came with much symbolism and celebrated this strategic decades-long partnership. Both leaders stressed that the visit aimed to fortify the ironclad friendship between China and Serbia.

They will help anyone comes to ask because they know the pain and also long for recognition. Economic strength is their shell from being invaded again.

There is a profoundly wrong statement on 0:28, that the NATO intervention in former Yugoslavia let to the fall of "Milosevic's brutal regime". No, the goal of NATO bombing was occupation of part of Serbia (some 15% of its territory) to make a new country, Kosovo, that has never existed in history and that served as a NATO base in the region and as a tool to expel or kill the remaining Serbian population. It was an aggressive, attacking war rather than any humanitarian mission as western propaganda tries to present it.

Narrative: "Milosevic's regime, genocide, poor Albanians, Americans came and saved the world, stopped the war etc..." Reality: Kosovo book of memory is online - official list of all war victims - there were 2.000 dead in 2-3 years of terrorist insurgency.
Majority of victims were Serbian police with a number of Yu army personnal. Majority of murdered civilians were Albanians killed by the so-called KLA, some 400 Albanians labeled "loyalists" because they wouldn't pay "for the cause", or send sons to their terrorist organization (this fact is NOT isputed). In this entire pre-war period percentage-wise, there were more Serbs that were displaced from Albanian nationalist hubs where terrorists were active than there were displaced Albanians. In 78 days - NATO increased the number of 2.000 to over 13.500, destroyed infrastructure, bridges, factories, industrial giants, not to mention churches, hospitals, schools, they never explained why... - in 78 days they brought more damage than Germans did in 4 years in WW2. Already fractured economy that struggled after one decade of sanctions and isolation recorded GDP growth 1999-2000 of MINUS 65% So, just imagine long-term damage. Ofc, Americans came and "helped us out" by purchasing these destroyed factories for pennies...
At that point, NATO suddenly accepted Yugoslav terms from BEFORE the bombing even started - to agree to Yugoslav territorial integrity and be allowed to install security forces instead of Yugoslav ones in the province. They agreed, UNSC resolution was voted, they came in, EXPELLED ENTIRE non-Albanian population from the province, after 25 years they can be proud of 1% refugee return rate. The moment they came, they started working on Montenegrin secession and permanent amputation of Kosovo. Comprehensive vasal state building project followed by campaign for recognition.
After everything NATO countries did in these 25 years, it feels silly having to "prove" that it wasn't about any "human rights" and whatnot. It's just an unimaginable level of insolence that they are still sticking to their "humanitarian intervention" narrative. Even these "jornalists", they gotta have faces made of teflon when they're not ashamed to talk like that.

Sure. China’s relationship with any country is never based upon exploiting another country with unequal contracts. We Chinese know what we have to offer, better delivery, more efficiency, 100% commitment to our promises. So our relationship should be based on mutual benefits. If you need a new highway, then we offer you the best quality and best price in the whole world. We are not here to trap anyone. If that’s true then why would so many leaders choose China rather than turning back to Europe or USA? Working with China faces tons of threats from the West isn’t it? Why bother if China is evil?

Can't miss an opportunity to lie about "atrocities committed against Albanians in Kosovo". Never mind that these were long been proven as lies and that even NATO officials admit that their aggression was unjustified and illegal. But keep up with propaganda.
