Snakes, and Crows are the most broken projectiles, because they create a new unit. Snakes over >>>>>> there. Snake Archers are hampered by their cost, and rate of fire. (So are Scarecrows.) However, in Unit Creator, you can make some pretty damned OP units with those as weapons. (I made a flying witch, and Peltasts, that threw sneks instead of Spears. Peltasts carry shields in the other hand. Basically Hopplites that throw snakes. Both of them have cleared all of the campaigns.)

The snake Archer has a lousy shot and it takes him too long to shoot his second shot.
