Nice! Can I have some advice? We are an MRR based business and we need our sales people to record forecasted terminations in the pipeline. Do you have a best practice for this? Using Closed Won to weigh the forecast at 100% probability doesn't make sense to many of our users.

If a deal is lsot, does that mean that it is lost forever? How would you work with deals that weren't initially buying?
