Yay, there's a series for Judges! I can't wait to start it tomorrow. I was already well into Joshua when I found this channel. I did go back and read some prior chapters. But now I can start right from the beginning!

26:12 thank you for the biblical exhortation of the importance of living a righteous life and maintain holiness as our LORD is holy, holy, holy (cf. Isaiah 6:1). There are many valuable lesson from the book of Joshua and other OT history that righteousness exalts a nation, whereas sin brings disgrace and ruin. We learn to avoid the consequences of making the wrong moral choices and the rewards of making the right ones (cf. Romans 15:4, 1 Corinthians 10:11).
The verse in Joshua 6:20 about Israelites victory over Jericho teach us importance lesson that success comes from complete obedience to and trust in God. And at the same time, it warn us to maintain purity in doing God's work (Chan's sin).
I learn a lot of biblical teaching from Pastor Hamrick sermon about the book of Joshua. I am looking forward for his sermons about other OT books.
