It seems like in America, John Deere is King. Followed very closely by, Case. I have seen only a few Fendt tractors but, I honestly dont know why they are not more popular here. I know they do/did make the largest straight tractor in the world, at 500hp or something. It just seems like something that would come in handy. Fendt tractors seem kind of majestic to me, haha. Maybe its because they are rare around here. The only time I ever seen them was on the Thru Way. There were two being trucked somewhere.

Largest Fendt 1050 isn't largest tractor in the world, it's far from that.
It's largest production conventional tractor in the world, at 500hp.
But since you guys in USA don't really care about width of the tractor and size in general, there is no need for a tractor like that Fendt there.
John Deere is made in USA, that's why it's no1, while Fendt is made exclusively in Germany, so it's more expensive. But Fendt actually has very outdated cabin (controls), with buttons that have origin in '98. It is simple and effective, but when you take a look at John Deere cabin (let's say 7310R), you just wonder why would anybody choose an ugly outdated Fendt in front of sexy modern with a touch of tradition John Deere. Although, people mostly get what's the best value for them, and for people in USA that would be John Deere and other USA manufactured tractors and in Europe it would be Fendt and other EU manufactured tractors.
