Northwest Arkansas is suffering from overgrowth. I've seen much of that out in Arizona. People wanted to move to Tornado Alley and there is risks involved. I knew that, too. I left in 2016 as Rogers was becoming another big city along with the high crime and cost of living that comes with it. I really liked it there in the '90s.
I never buy a house in Midwest states because tornados have happened 10 times each year in each state. Those people buy houses over there their house won't last 5 years.
