Indian education is more ahead of Canada. The students from india are going to Canada to earn money. In india an average Graduate will get around Rs.20000/- per month. But this same student earn in dollars in Canada which exchange ratio is around Rs.60/- for 1 canadian dollar. Also due to less population in Canada carrier growth is more in Canada.
