I made the mama sweatshirts with the kids names on the sleeves for my daughter and daughter in law for Christmas. They loved them. I made one for myself, grandma with my grandkids names

I have an SE1900 when I try to embroidery the thread breaks. I have adjusted the tension, changed threads many times and rewind the bobbin. What do you suggest? My next step is to take it in and having it looked at. I am really trying to fix the problem myself.
Make sure you are using the right size needle.

I just purchased a bluesky multi needle machine and I’m trying to figure out why my bobbin is showing up on top of my design. I cleaned out the bobbin area, I slowed down my machine from 700 to 600 , doesn’t matter if it’s thick or thin fonts it still shows up, I’ve loosen and tighten my bobbin at this point idk what to do. Any ideas of what might be going on?
That is an issue with the tension. It's lose. You need to tighten the bobbin case. You will have to tighten it several times to get to the correct tension.
