Ya so apparently the replay desyncs are completely screwing with my sense of episode time, which was never all that good in the first place.
I think we should let the desync keep happening then lol
its annoying but what can ya do, not like it effects the quality of videos too much
A group of bats from what I've seen can either be called either a colony or a cauldron. searches are giving mixed results.

I'm actually really glad you included the footage of you actually playing the quest, it's a nice change of pace from all the Cinematic battles and diplomacy, it's a nice little treat .
Great highlights in this episode!
Vlad volleyed down, Gotrek and Felix's quest; though both wered desynced, they were both enjoyable nonetheless! And seeing you play those battles manually was informational as well on how to properly use gun infantry. Looking forward to the next episode!

Yup, it was helblaster volley gun that instakilled Thorgar the Blooded One, the daemon prince of Khorne, during the siege of Talabheim in Mark of Chaos novel. But Thorgar was pretty weakened by this point, thanks to one elector count and couple of elf mages.
yeah the grape shot of great cannon is great, you sacrifice some range but it turns your cannons into basically hellblaster volley guns with a flick of a switch

Idea for future uses of Carmine Dragon Laser Breath
Align the dragon so that the laser rakes through the entire unit. I.e., rather than laser the front-back, laser side-side.
TLDR, Flanking Laser is better than other uses of it.
I don't think the Pale Scythe auto equipped to Elspeth, when you hovered over her it still showed that she had a green weapon equipped. It's a shame too because it could've really helped in that quest battle.

The automatic mount switch removes banners (or in this case the gem).

That's weird? My Carmine Dragon laser deletes an enemy Lord's health to the point where they barely have a third of it left. Then I cast spirit leech once and they die.
Praise Morr's faithful.
As pointed out on the previous episode, you should stop researching before fighting to gain more student ancillaries.

If was a fun quest battle, but I question the devs as to why witchelves of Khaine would run out of slaneshi gates?
After the battle, it said that the Dark Elf reinforcements were called the Cult of Whispers. So I think they were basically just a radical group of Dark Elves that worship Slaanesh. Dark Elves are known to be more prone to being corrupted by him. Just look at Morathi, she literally spreads Slaaneshi corruption and can recruit some of his units. So I don't think it's too weird.

In your Karl Franz campaign you always paused research after every turn. I never knew why so I'm wondering if you're supposed to do that in this campaign too. Also a 'blob of bats' is called a swarm?
The reason he paused research after every turn was to improve the odds of getting a scribe that boost research speed. CA has already done an update where he doesn't need to pause research, just letting it happen naturally.

Are you stopping research before battles because their is students or whatever the plus to research thing is called is in the empire or atleast it was in your last playthrough of it
I hate that they made Elspeth's map color red, it blends in way too much with Sylvania and Reikland IMO. I would hope they change it to a purplish color, since it will be more distinct and thematic to her army (though I guess she's also representing Wissenland and Nuln's colors.)

I have never like cinematic battle I like normal one way more. I wish the replay feature never get fix
I hate that Ruins want to alliance with filthy treelowers with the big stupid treeman as a leader (Durthu). The dwarfs will not forget. The new grudge is in book. I will watch your videos like before but with no fun now 😅. Only you can change this. Go right path. For ancestors.
