I've been binge-watching all of these makeover clips from the show all in a row (idk why lol), and this one was just way too short for some reason. Most of the other clips show the person who got the makeover talk about it themselves. And so I wanted to see that here with this one as well.

Same but I stopped doing locks for love because I found out they make the patients pay for the hair and it's a lot of money so I've been doing wigs for kids which is free I've been doing it for 6 yrs

Also, it could be southern New Jersey, Eastern Ohio, or parts of Delaware or Maryland or Pennsylvania and surround areas in general, and not just Philadelphia itself. I've heard people from all of those areas with the same "Philly" accent. I just have a thing with accents lol.
And if you've ever noticed when it comes to the majority of the various accents across the country, that it seems to be mainly white people who adopt them lol.
