I’ve been playing around with the idea of screen printing some of my more artsy designs and maybe have some fun with some of the fluorescent paints. I am thinking that one can easily screen print a bunch of boxes for about 10 cents a box. Get a small screen and squeegee and use a vinyl cutter to cut out a stencil that I would just stick on the screen. Even if I can only do 40 boxes per stencil that would add an extra 4 cents per box. Of course, that is on top of the cost of the box.
I think a client would rather receive a drink holder or for bigger orders a hat with the companies logo heat transferred on. A hat costs about $3 and if they decide they like it then they will buy hats from you. I see a better roi like that than having too spend too much on fancy boxes that will end up in the trash and that you will probably have to get made at some other business having to deal with yet another shipping headache.
I think that rubberised texture is either Silicone or High density print..been searching coz i wanna do it for my brand too but cant find much about it
I heard they are using Gildan shirts now. Nip used a high quality shirt. the rubber feel could be that they heat pressed the the logo after they printed it. or use silicon ink.
they used to be printed on Pro Clubs. also rubber print is the same as Fear of God Essentials print. same feel
nah. brick to me has more of a foam feel. this is more like actual rubber

Can I know what the name of this type of prenting.. I think it’s strong and it will not go after the cleaning. I want the name so I can do the same and I can ask the manufacturer to do it for me. Thank you
Not everyone uses blanks, lots of brands cut and sew.
very true. but on these shirts you can see where they cut the tag because under the hem is the rest of the tag.

The rubber print is probably brick vinyl.... Brick has that effect
Peace Bro, what size T-shirt bags do you recommend for packaging?
i got the bags i use in the "shipping supplies" link in the description box. i recommend you fold a shirt, measure it and then buy bags to those measurements. if you dont have the same t shirt folder i do, the bags wont fit your folded shirt. make your life easier by folding a shirt how you plan on shipping it and measure that folded size and buy bags to fit that.

nah brick feels more foamy to me. this rubber feels just like rubber. feels just fear of god essentials print
I am new to tshirt business. When you say it feels like rubber, is that a good thing? I have a couple of tshirts from a famous burger place in California and their logo feels like rubber. One thing I noticed, is that where the logo is on my body, it has a tendency to sweat in that area. Could you please explain the premise of that type of transfer. Or maybe someone else on this thread could explain to me. I am so very new and I apologize for my ignorance and am appreciative of your schooling me.

you can buy this shirt from the marathon store and it comes in this box. i dont own the marathon store so i dont know where they source their boxes. the video is titled custom packaging because im showing the marathons custom packaging. hahaa its even in the description that i am showing the marathons custom packaging. where in the title did you read "here is a link to custom packaging"? maybe its wishful thinking on your end. but i have a lot of links and sources to custom packaging vendors and manufacturers. if you wouldve asked, i wouldve sent it to you. hahahaa good luck in your search tho. google is a great resource for over seas vendors and so is yelp (if you plan on sourcing state side or even locally to you in your area)
