For anyone wondering about the outfit I believe it is:
Black turtleneck... it should be on sweaters number 60 or 70 something.
The black leggings(on leggings section obviously)
The white HiTops I believe, I’m not sure tho, they should be easy to find.
The necklace is like a bead thing, found on necklaces NOT chains.
The hat is the SecuroServ Backwards Cap
And then the black parachute.
