You're like the final exam for these admins. Testing their limits, and majority doesn't even pass. You're like a server inspector, you join a server and make sure that these admins are ready for the next time.
Nah, he's just a troll. The fact is him making these videos on servers is good exposure for the server so a lot of the times the admins get annoyed, yeah, but I suspect they are also told to kind of just let him get away with murder for a little while because invariably some people watching the video might go play the server themselves. A good/more recent example of this is GrandRP where they literally sponsored a video hoping to get some people to stop by and play.
