I've got some Mr. P pieces on sale and they really lasted! EU/Japanese made, great basic silhouettes and reasonable price really makes this brand for me. Unfortunately, I can't buy from Mr. P for a whole year, because they suspended direct shipping to Russia :(

I got a Mr P shearling jacket and it has been amazing!

They're some of my favourite pieces from the brand!

Mr P items are originally items by luxury brands like Dior, Prada, Balenciaga just sold under a different name for much less. Same materials and craftsmanship though, not knock-offs, so it is a real good deal if you don’t care for designer logos and branding.

I love their pieces but Mr. P is very young and whilst effective, kind of characterless pieces. Maybe due to lack of brand narrative. But the Mr. Porter collaborations are legendary

Definitely agree, never thought that it comes off as too young but now you say it, it makes sense! The collabs are almost always great!

Agree, Mr. P is a random hodgepodge of decent pieces but with little cohesion.

Mr.P products are original Dior, Balenciaga etc products with original ID or copys on lower "sales" prize?

My issue with Mr P stuff is the price point. The stuff looks fine but I'm not paying £70 for a t shirt unless it's made on Japanese looms etc.

I get what you mean! especially for items like t-shirts. There are some pieces though that are reasonably priced by comparison which is a bit strange

@@LukeHodges apologies for the poor grammar in my post initially, not sure what happened! Yeah agree, some of it seems reasonable but I feel they need to build their line up price wise as their reputation grows. Some of their t shirts are currently on sale at the moment for c£25 which seems like a great price to try and test them out but I still didn't pull the trigger on one at that price point as I wanted to know where it was made and if the quality was alright but couldn't find much of a conclusion which is how I ended up watching your great video.

Torn between buying a tuxedo from Mr P and Boggi. Boggi more expensive but now know my size (bought from them before). Any tips?

    • @LukeHodges

Both are great options. Without seeing them both I would just say to go with your gut feeling over the size certainty, as you should be able to get it right with both and it would likely have to be altered anyway. What would excite you the most to wear?

I find the Mr P range expensive relative to its quality
