- Hello! ~
This marks episode one of my study abroad video archives (series). Actually, I filmed this video back in October when my school semester started here in Japan… but I just got around to complete editing it. As much as possible, I want to document more of my life and my experiences. I hope you all enjoy the content I share about my life and my journey!

What university did you go to?!
was it easy to make friends?
hi bella! It was a bit difficult for me to make friends outside my study abroad group, but I felt like I made a pretty good handful that I can say i feel genuinely close to :’) it does take more courage and more proficiency in the language if you want to make friends that are home to the country you want to study abroad in. But surprisingly I was able to make friends who still spoke english. As a shy person myself, I mainly made friends with people who took the same classes as me ^^ I do have friends whose language proficiency is higher and they were able to join clubs. They found it more easy to make friends and make more connections beyond that. I hope this answers your question :,) !
