Yes, Coach Theo is right. Trust the process and AP Bren is a good example! Before they achieved what they’re achieving rn they fell in previous seasons after M2. And the current roster fell short in S10 - S11.
Even their coach, Coach Ducky. They didn’t change him even if after M2 AP Bren went to a NO-PLAYOFFS team (S8 & S9).
But it's too late, we need a fast as possible
As what coach ducky said u can't build a good foundation in a team for months.

I think every team management in indo & each team that have same problem's too much making the player being too comfy and not being as professional on their mindset.. only give professional thought, not professional mindset.
Knowing that you play as a team, no matter how good you're in some gameplay you should blend with your teammate with your gameplay ,bcs you're playing five and each move need to direct with 5 to 1 decision. But in Evos it's like 3 to 0 , 2 to 1.. or 5 to 0 kinda sad tho
Respect for coach Theo . Coaching a whole new roster for a team with so more history , fan base and blasphemy is no easy feat . Its exactly like what he described here , theres only so much a coach can do here , as prepared as they are for their opponents if the players are not mentally ready and sound , everything that can go wrong will go wrong
+ mental fortitude is something you either have or dont have . im not from Ph but look at how many first / second season rookies that play on stage and have international recognition on their first run .
Regardless of results, evos shouldn't be shuffling players too much because the ones who faced their opponents before are also the ones who have the better knowledge on what adjustments they will need to make for a victory.

Coach Theo's POV on mentality is on point.. Ph mentality is very different might be because of the upbringing and/or culture..

I think this is one of the main problems too in Evos. It’s not only the Evos players can’t speak English, but Coach Theo’s English is not that good too. The only way to solve this faster is that Coach Theo learns Indo as fast as possible just like what Yawi and Coach Yeb did.

I believe Tazz became a pawn to save EVOS org. We know a buyout is expensive, and that kinda sustained the new EVOS additions.
If only evos still keep hijume and tazz, I believe theo wouldn't be this hard finding good line up, only need to get 1 roamer and it's done
I know they had that lot of money to offered hadji cuz of tazz buy out so expensive but in the end it failed

i think it would be better if you get good lighting for your podcasts so that it would be more welcoming and easier on the eyes. also makes it look more professional. personal clip on mics are also a good touch if you don't have much for those elaborate condenser microphones.
try not to forget to check/improve the lighting when making a podcast or any video. Mr. Beast mentioned this on one of his podcast that lighting enhances your video`s quality, regardless of the quality of your camera. If your lighting is bad the whole video would look so bad and viewers won`t stay engaged throughout the video.

Obviously he is not going to throw EVOS management under the bus like that. That would be career suicide. He is still part of team for now but history shows that EVOS especially AGE and management wants instant results so don't be surprised if someone is benched in the near future if they keep losing.
The mean issue of EVOS is patience in development of players......and I think EVOS is on the era of karma right now.... peace
Back to the player,if the player won't to improve (like dlar) how management keep it?dont always blame management if u dont know how inside the teams
@@bongkilol how can you improve if the management switch you off like an instant,,, players no matter how good you are at some point if you integrated to new team you still need time to develop the new play style, teamworks, chemistry etc...but EVOS wants instant noodles like they switch players in and out just like that.....RRQ now is doing the same so good luck.

@@bongkilol and because of that EVOS time will be over soon,,losing spot in Playoffs losing sponsorships and that because of their erratic decisions...wanting instant results is bad and it's causes them long term problems...they prioritize fans than solving the problem ao look where they are now,,,I remember Bren they are world champion too,,but for so many seasons they lost their way, but trust the process and look where are they now claiming the world championship again and with bonus international championship on the side.

Comms is really important esp in this kind of work ans hearing Coach Theo in this podcast, Evos might have comms issues resulting to their losses. I hope they get to improve soon.

I disagree to coach theo's statement why ID and PH teams can't accept the players from other regions who wants to comeback. The reason I see is there are new players who made a big name in amateur tournaments, much better in terms of mechanics and decision making, or have a high ceiling of potential. You can see it in every season, a lot of rookies. But in case of Hatred and Kusey, they both really do well.
Did you know anything what's happening behind? Are you even a coach on any PH pro team, for you to not agreeing what Coach Theo's statement?
