Nagalit pa parents nya pero sa tingin ko it’s the best thing that happened to her. Dahil sa dependent sya masyado, maganda na naging asawa nya si chiz na nagturo how to be independent. And I believe na maganda na nasa relasyon ka with someone who’ll bring out the best in you. I don’t see her as a social climber, I see her as a grown woman who became confident and one that knows what he wants now and she’s lucky to have chiz who can make these things happen for her.

Watching this now in 2022, her life really blossomed when she married Sen. Chiz because he allowed her to spread her wings and grow and discover the world even on her own. Unlike her parents niya na sobra syang kinahon at ayaw syang pakawalan before dahil tingin nila pagmamay-ari nila si heart. PARENTS, tandaan nyo ang mga anak nyo ay anak nyo lang, hindi nyo pagmamay-ari, mayron silang sariling buhay at hindi habang panahon ay mangingialam kayo sa kanila. GABAY lang dapat.

Maybe shes just comfy speaking in English rather than Tagalog. ..I understand coz I left Phil when I was 8, and now I'm my early 50s but proud to say that I can still speak it fluently.

Heart's gotta learn what real life is all about when she gets a child or if she experiences poverty. Really. She was just aware about the kind of life she has, what makes her think her parents are turning not so well and against the life she has planned with chiz when she couldnt even look like she's ready. She feels dumb at certain things she does for the first time and so damn numb about her parents, it just shows that she's a bit selfish. How could a child say her parents lie to the public when she wouldnt even spare time and listen to them first. How could I say that? She moved outta their house. Parents may be overprotective but they never wanted a life of mess for their kid. They have their ways some may not be good for others but try to understand that our parents raised us no matter what we are or what we turn to be and so must we be. Looking at this heart seems to be acting so not a child her good parents have expected her to be having such good upbringing. So giving everything to a child whenever whatever he or she wants may really turn out bad. She admitted she was a princess but a liberated one then how could she even say she is old enough and ready to be independent and have her own living without her parents aside when she even dares to be alone feeling unnecesarry.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but don't you think there's a difference between raising your child right and controlling every part of her life? In this interview, she expresses her love for her parents despite their attempts to dictate her actions. If not then why would she miss her dad. I think she is numb because she doesn't want to resent them. Parents can be overprotective because they only want the best for her. However, they should support and let her make her own decisions without judgement. Her parents may oppose her decision but they should respect it. The reason for her moving out could've been their refusal to listen to her and to hold her back. She certainly heard their concerns and she could've kept it in mind. I don't think it's right to blindly follow your parents. What if you don't fit into the ideal mould your parents think you should be? Part of becoming an adult is making mistakes and learning from it. She is already 28, yet she's not equipped in dealing with the real world. That's why she feels inadequate. It doesn't make her a child. She's still learning and she appreciates Chiz helping her. Also, being rich doesn't mean she's unaware of poverty. So I don't see her as selfish, immature and ignorant.
