Thanks for a great video . . . I watched your review of the 2608BS before I watched this one and I bet before too long, you'll be "upgrading" to the rear bedroom unit LOL . . I don't think I'd ever consider a front bedroom. The only view you'd have out the front ( or even out of the side windows ) is of your tow vehicle or maybe the campsite across the street. When you back into many campsites ( if there is a view of a pond or lake or mountains etc ) it would be out the back - nice to wake up to in the morning. I also like the easy access to the bathroom when the slides are in through the rear door - a good idea. Both units seem to be very well thought out. We totally agree-we would love to have the view out the back- but we love the size of our 2205s. Maybe an upgrade down the road….😃. Thanks for watching and commenting!

We loved your tour! We have had our 2022 Flagstaff 22FBS a year now and love it. We have wanted to put the toilet paper holder on the door in the bathroom, but didn’t want to screw into the cabinet door. Where did you find your double toilet paper holder?
We think we found it at the container store, I just looked at Amazon and found this amzn.to/3gXz9q1 it’s very similar to what we found. Search for over the door double roll hanger.

I also watched your 2023 - thank you for doing that because I’m always wondering what the new models look like. We are down here in Oklahoma and don’t see these campers often.
I know that you have the Hensley hitch and we had already purchased the ProPride 3P hitch which is similar. We would not drive anywhere without one of those hitches. We always look in campgrounds for someone else with that hitch and have only found one other person.
@@eandjbyrne5784 Thank you for the kind comments! We love our Hensley, we also look for people at the campground with a Hensley (easy to spot being the bright orange) - and have become good camping friends with some of them! We also have good friends that have the pro pride and they love it too. 😃
Watched your video many times...just purchased the 2022 model and love your ideas shown in the video! Can't wait for your bike rack reviews as we gave 2 Lectric bikes on order, too. Also, how'd you get a fan to fit the outside TV mount...that's a great idea!
As far as the bike rack for the lectric bikes, the rack we have is from Walmart. I need to come up with a little better method of securing them because both of our bikes are step thru’s, the vertical bar clamps are a bit wonky. I picked up our fan from Amazon, it’s a Hurricane oscillating fan, I made a bracket that fits the outside mount and attached it to the fan. It works well.

Odd place for the fresh water fill, and assuming the tank is close, which puts too much weight up front to even take smaller amounts of water for travel? Love this model though
How'd you make your clear bracket holder for the 90 degree sewer elbow? I really like the idea.
Hi, I took a spare straight clear adapter and used a saw to cut into it every inch or so. I used a heat gun to heat the cut ends and bend them to replicate a flange. I drilled a couple holes into the flange and used self tapping screws to attach it to the bracket on Belle.. Hope that's clear... Thanks for watching and subscribing!

Great Question! We can access everything including the Bed to take a nap! When the slide is in It gives us about a two foot plus pathway. Thanks for watching and subscribing!
Found a storage bin that fits in the spot by the door. I don’t see a way to send you a picture, but it is a flexible bin from Walmart. Great for shoes or dog gear when you come in.

You will want to stay tuned for next weeks video, Tina and I reached out to our local RV dealer, Avalon RV Center in Ohio, as they had a 2023 Rockwood Mini Lite 2205s on the lot.
We wanted to do a comparison and see some of the new upgrades, they were happy to accommodate us and allowed us to video the unit they had.

Where do you store yiur water filter and coffee maker when yiu are on the move?

Thank you both for putting this out. Always good to see how others manage their units. We have the 2022 version. You hit on many of the things we customized too! (Great minds think alike). Thought I would share one with you. I changed out the on/off switch on the ceiling light about the theater seating with a dimmer switch. Easy and inexpensive (Amazon) . Have a great Thanksgiving.

Do the struts on your under-bed storage hold up the mattress? Our Lance storage held itself up easy. This one does not. Is it supposed to?
I replaced are struts with a heavy duty set. It now takes minimal effort to raise it. Thanks for watching…

We saw you guys at Atwood a few weeks back. Look into Ionics 125ah lithium batteries! I swapped out my two lead acid batteries and I love them. They have Bluetooth app and charge super fast via our 200 watt solar on sunny days.

Great tour! The only thing I'd change is the fresh water fill. On my RV it's behind a small lockable door, to prevent anyone from putting anything "bad" into the tank. So when I get my 2205S, I'll have to MacGyver something to put it behind a locked mini-hatch.
