If the Senate has so much money to aid and fund any foreign country then they should have enough money to fund our country, Social Security, Medicare/ Medicaid and our Military Veterans. The House and Senate always have the ability to find and have the money to aid and fund foreign countries, illegals, give themselves pay raises while totally ignoring the country and the legal tax paying American citizens. This is a perfect example of why we need to VOTE OUT every politician who is up for reelection from ALL parties and groups.

There is no general provision for foreign aid in the United States Constitution. The Tenth Amendment says that the Federal Government only has those powers delegated in the Constitution. If it isn't listed, it belongs to the states OR TO THE PEOPLE. They claim that the United States is a "Democracy", the essence of democracy is majority rule & the majority of us have a problem with these so called leaders sending our money overseas to help these countries, when we have our own problems that need solving.
That makes it unconstitutional.
Only people that don't contribute much to the system think like that. We are affected by what happens globally. So it's not so simple

If any additional monies for foreign Wars are appropriated then the elected officials that vote for foreign arms and wars should be required to go to these war zones and fight alongside in battle those they are funding throughout the duration of the funding. Governors of the state's they represent can appoint new senators or congressmen until special elections are held locally while our reps are out in the field fighting their wars. If they survive they may run again in the next election cycle.
