Fun fact: Chapter 5 is the first time in the main story where Yostar makes an animated PV for it, and it was awesome with the Lungmen battle BGM (Still one of my favorite BGMs in the game) Imagine if they did it for Chapters 1 to 4 during its global release. One thing to note is that Mephisto during the battle on the building doesn’t really want to “break Ch’en’s spirit.” It’s pretty clear, especially with context in the proceeding chapters about the promise he made with Faust, that he’s trying to provoke Ch’en in the hopes she’ll kill them both. Or at least him. Hence why he stops Faust from taking the shot while she’s clearly preparing a death strike and gives a really weak excuse for ordering that, which Faust even lampshades in the next chapter. It’s also kinda blunt when he literally yells at Amiya to kill him soon after she lands and she just says she wants to destroy the evil that propels him and has no interest in his life, which pisses him off more.
i still remember when i was excited for the next story chapter lore from u 8 months ago but it just got released , guess time to know what happened in ch4&5 now ☻❤

I tried watching other lore videos and they were plagued with leaving out important (less important) details that build character as well as story telling in a monotone and pretty much boring manner, this is probably the best videos out there for lore.
