    17:13 sir i think that integration symbol would gone when you integrate dl to L and no need to put that symbol before BL

      That's not right
      d and integration symbol cancel so the equation will be "b(a-b)" (after applying upper limit minus lower limit) as the consequence we will get the wrong equation.

      @@Thirumal-vq5rp yes, it's basically like b being constant , it has nothing to do with integration , so it will be put out , so integrating all the dLs will give you dL and the limits would go off since as the whole is being considered...so the b which was out out multiplied by L will give you BL

    Why is there no magnetic field outside the solenoid, sir? I mean, at first you said it acts like a bar magnet then it should have magnetic field outside also right ?😐

      Inside the solenoid, the magnetic field is nearly uniform
      Outside the solenoid, the field is negligibly small so it is taken as zero

    Sir that last step you told to substitute nL=N in that found equation . But instead we can directly substitute the value of n for N/L in the equation sir? Why they are providing that extra one step....is that is necessary or can we write the direct substitution ......?

      inga actually namma vector form la mention pannuvom..so integral term la magnitude varum..appo surface(solenoid)horizontal ah erukum pothu..enaku cos 90° so it will become zero
