Ohhh maam...thank you very much... Today due to lockdown vegetables market ver closed in my area sat sun ...I didn't get I had only lauki and other little quantity of vegies... So I prefered making this and served to my relatives.... I can't believe lauki ki sabji served to guest and they like it very much..

I like the simplicity in recipe and also the fact that you keep the flavour of the vegetable intact by not adding much of spices..I might have to use grated tomato as I have a baby at home and he does not like diced tomatoes inside the vegetable 🙂 👌👌

I tried it and it's the most amazing sabzi of Lauki ever, I did lol improvisation I made it In ghee, and added a TBSP of moong daal... and it was an awesome sabzi
