Did you prepare the balloons in the same day?
When you doing garland latex balloons are you using the 11 & 9 inch? Do you inflate to full size or should I inflate to full size and then release air to size I want? Thanks Sandra

You can inflate the same day. Balloons can last for weeks when indoors.... for my garland i had inflated them 2 days before putting it together. I use 12 inch but you can use 11 inch. I inflate them to full size and release air to create the round shape and different sizes. But if i do want a smaller balloon I may use 5 inch balloons or / and twist a 12 inch balloon in half. Hope this helps! 😉
