  • Another album finished! I had a lot of fun with this one. Maybe we'll journey through a 3rd Fall Of Troy album at some point, but for now we'll be moving onto the rest of Pink Lemonade ✘✘

    AYO you think we can get a tone tutorial some day? I think it sounds fucking great and I'd like to know how to make my guitar sound like that

      I've thought about expanding the content to something more informative, but it's a big step!
      Maybe I can start with a gear run down some day.

    Quick question, is this tuned to E standard? Or is it aadgce like Act One, Scene One? Or something else entirely?

    as it is the last song of the album I would like to know how much time in total it took you to learn each of the songs?

    • @beatsandbosons
      @beatsandbosons  Před 2 lety +1

      Well I was aiming to learn one a week. I think setting goals changes how you learn... but I would practice them an hour or so a day for a week.

      @@beatsandbosons to practice a song for a week you play them very well 👍

      @@9tx062 Maybe as a helpful tip; I teach a bit of guitar on the side and I've always recommended practicing more but for less time. So I would pick up and play for 15 mins max and then let the parts settle in my brain and come back later for another 15 mins. Practicing frequently but often can help you digest things :)
      Practicing difficult parts for hours on end can leave you frustrated!

    Another thing... Thomas can't even play his own songs anymore. Sad, but hey, he's like 40 now, lel. Im 36 and almost done-zo, so I understand.

      Thomas can def play his songs if hes in a sitting environment like in this vid, but its a lot harder LIVE with him having to also sing and perform..
