  • Watercress is a powerhouse vegetable that packs several important nutrients but is extremely low in calories. It contains a plethora of antioxidants, which may lower your risk of heart disease and several types of cancer. Its also a good source of minerals that protect your bones.
    Recipe ingredients
    . Bunch/ bundle of watercress
    . Chicken
    . 10 Red Dates
    . 10g Wolfberries
    . 1/2 tsp Pepper
    . 1 tsp salt
    Instruction
    Bring to boil chicken, red dates, wolfberries, pepper and salt.
    and allow to simmer for 20 minutes.
    Add watercress, simmer and bring to boil again.
    Lower heat to a simmer, cover and allow to cook for 20 minutes.
