I've never seen a salty Paolo! 🙀He was well within his rights, though. 🤷🏽It's so aggravating to go and see your favorite artists play and to have those rude folks who are just getting wasted, talking too loud and not paying attention. You tell 'em, Paolo! 😜 I saw him play at the Toronto gig and it was great! I saw him afterwards, got a kiss on the cheek and I'm still buzzin'! 😜😍
I’m SO glad an artist has called out the crowd for this. The amount of times during a quiet part of a set or a new song of an artist who’s earlier stuff is more popular and the crowd are chatting away and ruining it for others is ridiculous. I’ve had it at Ryan Adams and Ben Howard. It makes no sense at all to me to stood there talking when you’ve paid that money to go in. It’s so selfish and disrespectful also. It’s the sort of people who go “I went and saw Ben Howard on Saturday and he was shit, he didn’t play Old Pine and it was all new stuff”. Right, I’ve got myself all mad writing this now haha. But well done Paolo for looking out for your actual fans.
saw paolo in London in october and he is one of the best artist to hear live !! we gave him the love and respect he deserves! it was an incredible experience , they should be ashamed of themselves !! spoiling it for everyone else
I love him. He's a true artist. And I love the girl who sang along and the people who had his back🙌🏻 There he is pouring his heart and soul into this song that clearly means a lot to him and then THAT happens. What the hell. Good on him for calling that out and changing the song. These people were super disrespectful. I remember a concert of his a long time ago where I went alone to be able to fully concentrate on him and his music that means so much to me and then I was stuck with two girls I didn't know yapping my ears off about how pretty he is😑 I mean he is but like soul wise too and you can feel that in every song. Boundaries people. Learn them!
I can't stand when people sing along to a song like that too loudly. The audience didn't pay to have that in their ear all night. It totaly ruins the experience for people who want to hear the artists' voice.
Paolo deserves total respect..... hes one of the best songwriters around. I'm a big Ryan Adams fan and his acoustic gigs are so respectful.... but he would do the same and call out people too for doing this.
I mean whats the point of buying an expensive ticket for a solo artist's concert and then getting drunk? not listening and disturbing everybody? Just go to the pub...
@@charlesdoherty104 he said to the person who was disturbing the show "if you don't want to listen let the other people listen" then added that he wasted his money (buying a ticket for a show he was clearly not interested into).
I was at the show and was not talking, but the venue was horrible, especially the sound which was really muddy and low except in the very front. The place also had pillars everywhere blocking the views of about 1/3 of the people. While it was only about 700 people half of them could see, hear, or both. Paolo was great but whomever picked that place made a bad call.
Seriously, we're so lucky to finally get to see him, and in such small venues compares to those he's used to...those asshats don't deserve to breathe the same air as him.
I didn't know it was a shit venue until I got there. If I had I wouldn't have gone. Like I said, I didn't talk during the show. I did leave before it was over.
As I heard at a gig years ago never bring a dickhead cos you will always find one there . Hope this guys wakes up with the fear and his friends tell him about how he was a bellend . Great gig though epic as usual from paolo 👍🏻
People go to shows to say they went then the rest who want to be their suffer because they feel what they have to say is more important then the artist 1000 people payed to see no manners no cares for anyone if your one off them stay home or shut up
It was a very small group in the back of the venue making all that noise and the crowd turned on them for interrupting Paolo. The rest of the crowd was amazing, and so loving of Paolo. Even the girl who couldn't sing in front of me (who you can clearly hear on the video)....while she couldn't carry a tune she was singing her heart out to Paolo....haha. Just a couple bad apples in the Big Apple. Very lovely crowd otherwise.

It's called Abigail from his most recent album. If I remember right, he said it was the first song he wrote during lockdown. I don't have much luck these days With far too much time Lost a lot of my rhythm In this bubble of mine

He did absolutely right for calling them out. He’s the most genuine person ever and I couldn’t understand how he kept quiet for so long
No respect towards this outstanding artist. That really sucks!!!!
I attend concerts to hear the artist, not my own voice or someone else singing badly. But to each his own.
