  • I have done a bit more than 500km on this bike and it is still one of the best products of the year. My friend just got black one with different frame for himself and is very happy about the purchase.

      Hi, I was on holiday in a warm climate this year :D and when I came back it was no snow. Do not charge li-ion packs in below-zero temperatures! (really helpful that you can bring in the pack home)

    • @VRMinde
      @VRMinde  Před rokem +1

      it came with the bike, I do not know if they sell it separately? If not, then you can adapt any other throttle, I believe.

    Excellent review! because of this I ended up buying this bike, although I have a question... I noticed that the assist modes, the only thing they do is to accelerate till the set speed. independently on how fast I'm pedalling. is this normal? I was a bit disappointed about this. is not like an "intelligent system" that it would adapt on how fast I'm pedalling for the assisted power.

    • @VRMinde
      @VRMinde  Před rokem +1

      Hi, yes, the assist is pretty “basic”. I normally set it on the desired speed, in a way that the bike helps me to quickly accelerate to the setpoint and then I do 90% of work peddaling. If I get too tired it gets me back to the setpoint. It kind of works for many km in that way :D Otherwise, I use the thumb throttle to gently adjust the assist. It is rare to see an “intelligent assist on cheaper bikes. My custom-built Radon has a very “intelligent” controller that costs about 530eur :D

    I got mine and it is great, although I have no clue about the battery, when do you know it is fully charged? Does the red light on the charger go green? Incidentaly, the charger is extremely hot to the touch when charging

    • @VRMinde
      @VRMinde  Před rokem

      it should get green. You can turn on the dash and check the voltage/charge level. A fully charged pack should be 42V (can be limited a bit to like 41 or similar, need to check myself)

    Hello, i bought 2 T1 and both have same problem - randomly shut down and turn off display and motor. It can’t turn on until I take battery out and in again. Then it’s able to turn on again. Any ideas? Can the rain damage it?

    • @VRMinde

    • @VRMinde
