In this video, I pull out the passenger side seat in a 1977 MGB. This is the same process for all MGs. 4 bolts. Probably the same for most classic cars.
Got a `78 MGB with great running engine + complete 1975 & `76 MGB parts cars. The `75 is also worth finishing as it has the 5sp trans & dual SU`s, or I may swap it to the `78 too. I`m in the process of putting all the nicest parts in the running `78 & the seats were soon to be replaced from the `76 too. My `78 has brand new sidedraft Weber & header and is ready to fire up for the season. Had to drill & tap intake for vaccum as there are no ports on the carb. Thx for info

that's great! My '77 came with a Weber, but I switched it to dual SU HIFs from '72-74. Sounds like you got a great deal!
