@@JoeAvella I'm sure someone said this already, but they split them for multiple reasons. 1- they don't roll around on the flat top, which is good during a busy service. 2- they get better browning since more surface area. 3- you can fit more topping with it split

Honestly these two are so fun to watch. I live in the UK but in the countryside so most of these don't have branches near me but i just watch it for these two, they both are great representations of their countries without having to be negative stereotypes or disliking one another because media says they should. Just two chill guys eating their daily counts in a sitting!

Yo, I work for Shack Shake in the US and i just want to point out two things. 1.) the fries that the US guy had were way underportioned. Should be at least double that. 2.) the grilled cheese sandwiches are not supposed to be that flat.
Just a thing to keep to in mind about videos like these, sometimes chain restaurants aren't super consistent across every location whether it be geographical error, human error, or anything in-between.
The american dude eating dog biscuits with the puppy was the most wholesome thing I've seen in a while.

We just got a Five Guys in my neighbourhood, and I live in the outer limits of London. Having moved here from NYC, I was excited but the pricing is ridiculous. I knew it was expensive, but the Food Wars video confirmed it.

When measuring liquids, especially with soft drinks or lemonades, a suggestion would be to remove the ice cubes because they increase the volume of the liquid that's being measured (so as to be very objective in measuring them).

I’ve only ever seen them in London? I don’t think there’s more than about 20 restaurants nationwide? Compare that to 900 KFC branches and 1,300 McDonalds.

i worked at Shake Shack in the US & we actually have the Shack Minster burger but its a seasonal menus item usually sold around fall or winter.

Tbh, they splitting the hot dog and cook it is to speed up the cooking time, kill the germ on the hotdog , adding sear on the middle of the hot dog and also it is easier to add condiments between the hot dog and the hot dog bun

Somebody must have pointed this out before me. A British pint is exactly 20 fluid ounces, a US pint is 16 fluid ounces. However, the US pint is the same size as the British pint as it was in 1776. It is the British who changed the size. So the US pint is the original Imperial pint because it weighs exactly one pound. So it is the British pint that is nonsensical. Btw - I am British

They do have the Chicago Hotdog in the US (at least the one I went to) actually was the first place I ever had one at. So good! Maybe they dropped it from the menu?
That brings me back. I remember standing on line in Madison Square park in the early 2000s to get one before Shake Shack even officially existed. It was just a stand run by some extra restaurant staff of Danny Meyer’s.
