Obscene and lewd behavior as referring to the human body and human interaction is based on the idea that sex is morally evil. However sex can not be morally evil because the Creator designed the human form and its sexual reality, including the age of puberty and made the medically understood normal age range as low as 8 years old in females.
So basically Obscenity is something that can't be objectively defined. If that's the case then there shouldn't be laws about it
