people probably automatically assume the anime is stupid because its a magical girl anime and super girly and the other part is because a lot of people do like the anime but are afraid to show it because they dont wanna get made fun of so they act like they hate it
There's something so sad, haunting, and relaxing in the melody. Sailor moon will always have a place in my heart, it made me go through an emotional rollercoaster and enjoyed the journey. By watching the series, it felt like I have close friends that I can also rely on. I also felt the warmth of love through that show. It's such a masterpiece and will always love it.
The show captures an almost indescribable emotion that few other shows, if any, have been able to replicate. Elegant but haunting, melancholic but also feel-good and soft. Words can't do it justice.
Makes me want to break into a xenogears quote citan had said about the power of music and it being able to bring back memories. They've actually seen patients with memory diseases remember and almost act as they did just as they were younger... Tony Bennet comes to mind 😔 I mean it was so bittersweet. Seeing him light up and be so happy was everything, but knowing the reality of the situation was just... Emotional. Beyond words.

@@i7dari yes, i really don't understand why the writers made this couple there was no connection with him like he was a jupiter lover so much that in crystal but in the anime for some reason they did it with naru although they didn't really develop anything like he and she lived together but that was because of usagi and yet she is just a teenager with a crush so much that she forgets it and goes to the umino so in the end for her it wasn't really love just a fall she had but the scene itself of the two and very sad

Sure, it didn't keep the overall tone or meaning of the original Japanese song in the slightest, but the catchy and simple lyrics, as well as the upbeat tone, are what drew so many people to the song in the first place
Sailor Moon was the first anime i ever watched that made me emotional as a young male teen. Sure Sailor Moon started off as a brat and a crybaby but over time she saw what the stakes were and what she had to do to step up and protect the people she loved and even those corrupted by evil. Her willingness to empathize with even her enemies is why Sailor Moon is still one of my favorite shows from my early teens.
I reemember when this popped up when Mamo - Chan Got hypnotized and Usagi held this up to him and saved him I seriously cried 100 times rewatching that scene again in this year
This anime saved my life because I resonate with sailor moon and her friends. In the real world there are alot of evil people. But when you watch sailor moon you get to live in a world where innocence and love and friendship are strong still among the sailors. It truly inspires us to be as good as the sailors and as golden hearted. Makes me want to cry. How wholesome they are. This inspired me to make a comic. Truly a gem of a show with so much meaning and hope for making life more loving and faith in that love. I love this music too so awesome. The creator was so talented. I don't think anything is perfect. But how she created their friendships and love definitely was.

This brings me back to when I was 5, and everything was alright. Sailor Moon was my absolute first anime ever and being born 1993, I was lucky enough to watch the episodes new as they were dubbed. How I miss the 90’s.
I remember watching sailor moon back in second grade. It was LITERALLY the first thing we got to watch before the bus picked us up for school in the morning. It was so epic me and the boys in the hood acted like the sailor scouts like we were playing power rangers lol
I was rewatching the anime and got up to the episode with them fighting the rainbow crystal monsters, specifically the painter one and remembered why I loved that episode so much, this star locket music. I'm so happy someone put it on the internet, it makes me want to cry XD

I just started watching sailor moon last year and i have to rewatch cuz I don't remember what happened in episode 1. Then when i first saw usagi opening the star necklace. I was started cuz of this song how soothing and calming it is.

Lovely melody, I have listend to this ever since I got rejected by someone I thought was my best friend for confessing my crush for him. It honestly really took a tool on me ever since, so one day I decided to listen to this melody in order to calm my heart from despair and it kinda helped me to get a hold on my emotions for a while. Really glad I found this melody
I'll always love this show so much. even if my highschool "friends" would laugh or call me gay for being a fan of it, it always felt like the sailor scouts were my friends as I sat in my room alone from episode to episode. now I'm a bit older and still spend a lot of time alone with my hobbies but I always still put on episodes of this show when I go to bed on weekends and it's a Christmas tradition to watch the hearts of ice movie every year for me. even just listening to this silly little music box song is making my eyes water up. thank you naoko takeuchi and toei animation for bringing so much joy into my otherwise quiet life :') 💖

Lovely melody, I have listend to this ever since I got rejected by someone I thought was my best friend for confessing my crush for him. It honestly really took a tool on me ever since, so one day I decided to listen to this melody in order to calm my heart from despair and it kinda helped me to get a hold on my emotions for a while. Really glad I found this melody
I am also pretty glad that sailor moon series really speaks to me on an emotional level, it has helped me to feel a little less lonely
I remember listening to this when I was 14, I was in such a dark place, but this helped me relax. Now I'm 18, and not much has changed.

I'll always love this show so much. even if my highschool "friends" would laugh or call me gay for being a fan of it, it always felt like the sailor scouts were my friends as I sat in my room alone from episode to episode. now I'm a bit older and still spend a lot of time alone with my hobbies but I always still put on episodes of this show when I go to bed on weekends and it's a Christmas tradition to watch the hearts of ice movie every year for me. even just listening to this silly little music box song is making my eyes water up. thank you naoko takeuchi and toei animation for bringing so much joy into my otherwise quiet life :') 💖
