If he’s using the side shot scope can it has a flipped image which you have to fix in video editing. He probably didn’t bother. It’s a mirrored image

I know this video is older, but I just wanted to say that JSB is still doing a great job with their Knockouts. I shot my first ever air rifle 100 yard moa group with 10.03 Knockouts from a sub $500 Stoeger Bullshark and a $100 Discovery scope.

I love Honest comparisons between different the products. I also like the idea that you use the 30 cal which you know shoots dime size groups as a baseline. It gives everybody that's not there an idea what the conditions are and what the capabilities of an air rifle can be.

Good video ! That 30 cal impact is amazing . With the 500 mm 22 stx pelletliner I recommend the h@n 21 gr. 218. @930. They are very accurate.

Thanks Ted! Real world conditions - windy as hell - gives an idea of what happens down range but is a huge variable when testing. Hope that you ca rerun the test in calm conditions. The KnockOuts, were they the .216 or the .217?
Camera reverses the image through the scope so he was seeing it the right way but we weren’t. Awesome vid, my 700 mm impact STX barrel doesn’t shoot the hybrids very well. I’m gonna try the superior liner in about a year when someone actually has them to buy.
I'm shooting the hybrids out of a 700mm slug liner at 1080fps and its so accurate, they really love speed!

Should put some H&N slug in the mix for a good test. They seem to shoot well and like the JSB knock out they are economical
Ted... I'd love to see a super high FPS video that marks your scope position relative to your point of impact for each shot. I realize this will take some time to edit but for the science of accuracy I think it would be very interesting!!

Do you have a .25 cal LW barrel to test the FX Hybrids?
I have an AF condor in .25 and can't seem to pull in good groups. I'm wondering if I'm running my air pressure to low for them. I've got the regulator set at 150 bar, my crony is busted so i have no idea what fps they're traveling.

When i want shoot slag and ready the gun slag moved to top the barrel and get stuck there. Do you have such a problem like this.

Just wondering what side of the clock are you looking at because were you say you’re shooting 3 o’clock to me that’s nine hate to say that but other than that I am enjoying the shooting
FX are pretty accurate but seeing the EdGun out shoot most of them is nice change of pace. Videos are so saturated with FX products it’s kinda like watching reruns all the time. So many great guns out there and it is refreshing to see something other than FX. I have been thinking about an EdGun Lalya for some time but the RTI Prophet is a strong contender as well. The only FX I would even consider at the moment would be a Wildcat MK3...all in .25 cause I hunt and ammo selection is still good. Thanks for the video. Always honesty and clear. Take care God bless.

Tonka I have the .22 cal LCS SK-19 and no doubt semi is freaking awesome. Truthfully, I believe you will have less issues by far, if any with the EdGun versus an FX. JMHO. Like I was told in the Air Force...KISS...Keep it simple stupid. Less is better and more reliable. I think FX guns...some...are over engineered and that leads to problems sometimes. EdGun is doing it right it think. I can’t even work on the hammerless mechanism on my SK-19...should have remembered KISS before I bought it.👍
Im thinking rti prophet or lcs sk19. Obviously both in .25
michael Eighttimez both are totally bad ass. The RTI Prophet is more accurate by a little bit and in the long run more reliable. My SK-19 in .22 has been back to the shop for an actuator hanging up after about 4-5000 rounds but 5000 rounds later still going...knock on wood. I myself have also been looking at the Prophet, but honestly can’t seem to settle on just one gun for sure. Lalya is awesome prophet is awesome. I need to hit the freaking lottery😂👍

Just curious but why are you shooting slugs at pellet speeds. Most people are finding the hybrids are more accurate at the 1000fps speeds? Can you re shoot the video as this one but increase the velocities?

I don't understand why the scope was so rock steady on the .30 but everything else jumped around. Also, I didn't even see a camera attached to the .30 scope. How what?
He didn't have the scope cam on the .30 cal but when he cycled the action you can see the rifle move. I'm curious about his zero since he used a lot of hold under for 75 yards.

Hey Ted, if you were not sponsored by FX, which two air rifles would you choose for pesting (lets say headshots on starlings for accuracy) for close range (10-50 yards) and longer range (30-150 yards)? All 3 of my FX guns are CRAP!!! Inconsistent, unreliable, super high priced, CRAP! Now, when the rifles decide to be "on" (which I never can be sure) they are great for a short period of time! BUT when you can't rely on them to hold their POI, what's the point?? Wildcat, Warcat, Impact, all MK2. Has Fx ever sent you a piece of crap rifle? Does FX make sure to send you only the very best "select" units, so that you can honestly say "what have I done to it out of the box? Nothing!". Or do they also send you "crap" rifles and you just don't speak about it? Or maybe they just reserve the pieces of "junk" for people who aren't sponsored by FX? All we really want is the truth. When ordinary hard working people spend exorbitant amounts of money to upgrade their air rifles and get stuck with inferior, unreliable products, that's just wrong... BTW, I really would like to know which guns you would choose as I pest for a living and my children's welfare depend on me making a living from it.

Well, that's what my impact is doing with a 600mm stx @ 907 fps on #4pw @ 80 bar, 18.2 grn JSB. Pellets.

I tried, I honestly tried to make it through this video. But I'm living overseas, in a police-state country where even air-rifles are restricted and subject to licensing, and no calibers beyond .22 are permitted. Even then, it's impossible to find real air-rifles. Only thing around are air-soft rifles, which I bought one to use on pigeons at my house, using 6mm steel BBs rather than the hard plastic air-soft rounds.
I see folks back home like Ted who can get any rifle they want, and I just feel pain inside, and have to shut down the vid. Sometimes I watch ratting and rabbit-hunting vids but it is still such an ache that it takes a lot of the enjoyment out of it for me. I wish the best to all of you back home.
REMEMBER, GET OUT AND VOTE TO PROTECT YOUR SECOND AMENDMENT RIGHTS! Take it from someone who lives where such a right does not exist...it is not a good feeling to know that the only people with the guns are the cops and the military.....and BTW, take it from me when I say that those with the power DO abuse it!! Plenty of cases of people being shot and NO repercussions to the shooter. VOTE TO PROTECT THAT 2ND AMENDMENT!!
