This is a video of a drivethrough of the Lower Ninth Ward in New Orleans. This video was taken in mid October 2006. As you can see, it looks like it happened last month.

I hope you didn't pay someone to got on this tour. It makes me sick to think that people are profiting off of this tragedy. disgusting.
