This peanut brittle is lower in sugar than the commercially available ones, and is full of nutty aroma and not greasy, crispy and non-sticky!
► Recipe and ingredients.
250g cooked peanut kernels
50g cooked white sesame seeds
180g sugar (you can replace half of the maltose)
10g ginger juice (for flavor, optional or not)
10 grams of lemon juice (optional if you don't have it)
