    1800 calorie diet plan for fatloss ❤️:-
    1800 kcals diet plan 💪
    Morning
    4 idily - 315 kcals
    5 tbs or 100gm of tomato chutney or onion chutney - 70 kcals
    One whole egg - 70 kcals
    460kcals - 23 GMs protein
    Lunch
    Boiled rice 250 gms - 250 kcals
    Tur dal sambar 100 gms - 80 kcals
    Vegetable poriyal 200 gms - 150 kcals
    With
    2 egg white with 1 full egg ( boiled) - 150 kcals ( recommended )
    Or
    100 gm GMs of cooked chucks dry fry - 200 kcals
    (Veg or vegan can go with soya chunks)
    Or
    100 GMs chicken fry - 200 kcals
    700 kcal - 45 GMs protein
    Evening snacks
    One glass milk 200 ml - 140 kcals
    Guava fruit 50 GMs - 35 kcals
    175 kcals - 8 GMs protein
    Dinner
    Oats meal - 400 kcals
    (50 GMs oats , 1 tbsp coco powder , 100 ml milk , 10 almonds , pinch of salt ( optional ), stevia 4 GMs and 3 dates )
    400 kcals - 15 GMs protein

      Hi pa , Don't worry na irukan feel panatha , learn about Calorie deficit . I will upload more videos about Calorie deficit , kindly watch and apply it in your life
      Simple tips
      1. Play any outdoor sports or any physical activity ( workout or walking or cycling or gym or anything as you can do , start it slow with low intensity 🫂)
      2. Consume less oil foods ( don't have more quantity high oil foods )
      3. Add more vegetables in meal
      4 . Drink sufficient water 🫂. Stay hydrated
      5. Intake sufficient protien according to body requirements ( body weight × 1.2 or upto 2.1 )
      6. Do it consistently . If you fail somedays don't worry just restart ❤️. Forget what you do 🫂. Don't repeat the same mistake again ❤️
      7. Be happy and be stress free ❤️
      8. Take sufficient rest , sleep for 6 to 8 hours a day ❤️ .
