- Visiting Hogsmeade might just be one of Harry Potter's favourite thing to do during school years! It's such a nice break going (sometimes under the Cloak of Invisibility) to the village for a relaxing day. Whether it's to have an awkward date with Cho Chang, or have their very first D.A. meeting initiated by Hermione, Hogsmeade visits are always eventful, or at least filled with the best Honey Duke's candies.
Hogsmeade is the only all-wizarding village in Britain. Hogwarts third years and above have been permitted weekend trips into the village. Mainly, students frequent the High Street in the village which contains the named specialty shops and pubs such as Zonko's Joke Shop and Honeydukes. Where do you want to visit first?? The three broomsticks? The Sheriking Shack? As long as it's not Madam Puddifoot's...
Dear Traveler, what are you doing up so early? May I invite you in for a cuppa? Forgive me for being wary, I saw Aberforth Dumbledore's patronus patrolling again...Could there be some danger lurking in the corners?

We just went to Wizarding World in Orlando over the weekend. When we walked away from Hogsmeade last night, I started to cry. 😢 I didn't want to leave. Like Harry, I thought, "Hogwarts is my home!" It was the most incredible experience to wear my homemade Hufflepuff uniform, and walk the streets of Diagon Alley, ride the Hogwarts Express, and visit Hogsmeade and Hogwarts, following in Harry's footsteps and imagining I could live it for real. 😍 Coming to your channel today as we get back to the reality of work and the muggle world, I am so thankful for your videos! A beautiful and peaceful morning at Hogsmeade village...ah... everything is so relaxing...i would take my cup of coffee and a toast for my morning breakfast 🥐☕😌 and i will enjoy them as i waiting for the sun to rise 🌄 all the sounds are so sweet and beautiful...i wish i could be there... and after the breakfast and the wonderful morning i could go to the Hog's head tavern to relax and see my friends...ah..yes a morning like would be Perfect ❤️ great video very relaxing...i love Hogsmeade village ❤️
This reminds me of the noises I used to wake up to when I was a little girl and living in a village. It would always be before sunrise where my auntie would wake me up and I’d have a cup of coffee with my grandparents waiting for the sun to come up. My school started really hence why it was normal for me to wake up around the time. It brings back memories. Thank you. 😭💜

Thank you So Much for these "waking up" videos. Last month, I had a really bad time (mean boss and late pay), plus everything that is happening in our government, that I was both physically/mentally burned out, and extremely depressed. I couldn't "center", nor find any peace. By around the 5th week, I was so depressed, I only had the strength to sleep on the sofa, and not the bedroom. On a Monday morning, I woke up to find I had left the computer on with one of your wonderful videos, finding myself looking at and hearing "Waking up in Hogsmead". Watching the video turning from early morning to day, and listening to "everyone" preparing to open their shops, was just the perfect "Magick" I needed to dispel the negativity. It gave me the strength to get up, made me feel everything was going to be all right, and that "today" was going to be another day to enjoy Living. :) Thank You, Claire! I've watched all of your videos many times for various reasons, but I was surprised and Very Thankful for what your Thoughtful and Beautiful videos have done to help me "wake up". You truly are a Magical Person. :D

The quality of this really stands out on your channel - the street is so utterly realistic looking, I feel like I'm actually looking through a window onto the street. The change from dawn to morning elevates the whole thing and the details - the little silver dots on the snow, the lights coming on and going off - are amazing. I'd love to see another couple in this realistic style - maybe you could try doing it the opposite way around? Dusk to night? (if I had one improvement to make it would be to slow down the smoke coming from the chimneys so that it drifts a little less forcefully) Really, top notch, I absolutely adore this and I wish I had the slightest idea of how to do it too!! :-D x
