I can't really tolerate trap rapping besides someone like Blade Brown or Giggs and I prefer them because I have actually SEEN the growth and quality in their music from then (lets say 10 years ago) til now. At this point in the game everything just seems like an immature gimmick, it would be completely different if the lyrical delivery actually sounded like actual talent and less catchy but I just don't get it here.
Put it this way, hearing these INTERVIEWS is better than hearing their music lately and I ain't taking the piss either because I am fully convinced that these trap rappers are only using 2% of their mental ability when they rhyme.

That guy from London Just talking to my son about this kinda music is weird, I mean we were all young and our parents likely told us the same thing but that was when the rappers we looked up to were across the Atlantic in another country (namely the USA). These dudes are in LONDON so it ain't even hard to work out that is just silly exaggeration or a fantasy to the kids (who are growing up fast enough to know a lie). Between me you and 2 more people ONE OF US has someone who knows this dude on a personal level like family etc and it wont be hard to match up what we learn from that connection to THIS what we see here is simply not true. It's just silly, there are rappers (who I will not name) who I know for a fact live in their parents house and their mother is having housing benefit and council tax issues yet we have to see this.
I do not know these people in this video personally but I KNOW they can spit better than this, age and time demands it, dudes need to make music that you can listen to years from now, not throwaway music that will be discarded in a matter of months. The dude does NOT seem stupid to me but he is acting silly/immature in my opinion.

His whole persona and vibe and rhymes...everything changed. And this whole "I only need positivity" bullshit that he's talking about, I think has to do with the fact that he went to jail for murdering an innocent person who he thought was the guy that shot his brother. So he went to jail and guilt ate him up along with having to deal with surviving in prison. He isn't the same cowboy that I used to bump on the daily.
